Pre Order Refund Policy

Cancellations for pre-orders will be honored for 24 hours after placing the order.
Requests made past that window will be fulfilled, but will incur a 15% restocking fee. Pre-order product quantities are not guaranteed. By checking out, I agree to these terms and conditions.




Mythicos Studios / Mythicos.Store will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. Mythicos Studios does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. Please email info@mythicosstudios.com for approval and the preferred method of payment before sending back merchandise.

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. Please notify Mythicos Studios / Mythicos.Store if help is needed locating the manufacturer.

Mythicos Studios/ Mythicos.Store will not accept returns on any CCG products. This includes but is not limited to cases, displays, decks, and packs. CCG product is shipped new and factory sealed, to preserve the integrity of our inventory we will not accept CCG returns.
